Staff Pharmacist

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions Perform drug utilization reviews and resolve related issues Compound and dispense prescribed medications safely and efficiently Supervise professional and support staff to maintain workflow and compliance Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice Fill prescriptions for pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices Submit claims for third-party reimbursement with accuracy Consult with healthcare providers regarding pharmaceutical inquiries Provide answers to patients and staff about medication-related questions Monitor the proper storage, distribution, and usage of pharmaceuticals Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution Minimum of three years of relevant pharmacy experience Licensed as a registered pharmacist with an unrestricted license in Indiana Clean criminal record with no felony convictions This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a dedicated pharmacist seeking a stable outpatient position with regular weekday hours.
