• Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A direct hire opportunity is available for a skilled Staff Pharmacist serving a closed-door, long-term care facility.

This role offers a consistent day shift schedule with the chance to apply your pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting dispensing approximately 600 prescriptions daily.

Friday:

10:00 am

• 6:30 pm Rotating every 3rd weekend Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 am
• 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm
• 10:00 pm Minimum of one summer and one winter holiday required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and final medication reviews using Frameworks software (training provided) Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance with facility policies Manage workflow to meet high-volume demands while ensuring patient safety

Desired Qualifications:

Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license Experience working as a pharmacist in a similar or high-volume environment Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and support pharmacy technicians This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your pharmacy skills in a supportive and structured setting.
