Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Licensed pharmacist with current credentials in good standing. Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment. Proficient with EPIC electronic health record system and Pyxis automated medication dispensing. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams.
