Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions. Perform drug utilization reviews and resolve related issues. Compound and dispense prescribed medications safely. Supervise professional and support personnel within the pharmacy. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Submit claims for third-party reimbursement accurately. Consult with physicians and nurses on pharmaceutical matters. Address pharmaceutical questions from patients and healthcare personnel. Monitor the storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals to maintain quality and safety. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution. Minimum of three years of relevant pharmacy experience. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana. Clean criminal record with no felony convictions.

Location:

West Lafayette, Indiana This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
