Staffing Coordinator and Concierge Care Manager

About the Role Affinity is looking for a warm, organized, and driven Staffing Coordinator to join our care team. Reporting directly to the Director, this role is the backbone of our daily care operations. You will be responsible for ensuring every nurse and caregiver is fully oriented, prepared, and present for the clients who depend on us. This is a concierge-level position. You will communicate daily with our clientele and their families with professionalism and compassion, handle scheduling and on-call needs, and hold our staff accountable to showing up and following protocol. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and confirm scheduling for all nurses and caregivers, ensuring full client coverage at all times Conduct thorough orientations with all staff being placed with new clients — reviewing care plans, client preferences, home protocols, and expectations before every first visit Confirm caregiver arrival and follow up promptly when staff do not check in as expected Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families, communicating with professionalism, warmth, and care Handle on-call responsibilities and respond to urgent staffing needs quickly and calmly Enforce all company protocols and hold caregivers to the same high standard Collaborate closely with the Director to identify issues, track trends, and strengthen the care team Maintain meticulous records of staff placements, client preferences, and scheduling history Be an upbeat, positive presence on the team — supporting staff and celebrating success Qualifications Experience in staffing, care coordination, home health, or a client-services/concierge role preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once Comfortable with on-call scheduling and the responsibility that comes with it Ability to communicate with clients, families, and care staff with equal grace and authority Genuine passion for elder care, home health, or compassionate service Reliable, accountable, and a true team player Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is upbeat, enthusiastic, and deeply compassionate — someone who takes pride in doing things right and genuinely loves supporting the people around them.
