Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Manage employee attendance, time off requests, and scheduling conflicts Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Communicate effectively with management and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues Conduct pre-shift reports to ensure adequate staffing and resolve any last-minute changes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing information, including time and attendance, payroll, and scheduling

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
