What Success Looks Like:
Recruiting & Talent Management- Lead full‑cycle recruitment—source, screen, interview, place, and retain candidates while ensuring a strong, active pipeline
- Maintain compliant documentation and handle basic HR‑related issues appropriately, supporting overall branch operations as needed.
- Build strong client relationships through regular visits, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services
- Promote open roles through job postings and social media, track leads, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to match candidates effectively.
- Meet weekly activity expectations—interviews, leads, client visits, fill ratios—and contribute directly to gross margin goals
- Own daily priorities by aligning work to business goals, maintaining accurate ATS documentation, and driving a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with Talent Coordinators and branch teammates to deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate and client experience
- Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates
- Solid time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Highly responsive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong desire to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
- Ability to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive results
- Clear, positive, and professional communication style.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events
- Demonstrated success working toward clear goals and performance targets.
