What Success Looks Like:

Recruiting & Talent Management

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment—source, screen, interview, place, and retain candidates while ensuring a strong, active pipeline
• Maintain compliant documentation and handle basic HR‑related issues appropriately, supporting overall branch operations as needed.

Client Engagement & Business Growth

• Build strong client relationships through regular visits, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services
• Promote open roles through job postings and social media, track leads, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to match candidates effectively.

Performance & Accountability

• Meet weekly activity expectations—interviews, leads, client visits, fill ratios—and contribute directly to gross margin goals
• Own daily priorities by aligning work to business goals, maintaining accurate ATS documentation, and driving a strong talent pipeline.

Collaboration & Values

• Partner closely with Talent Coordinators and branch teammates to deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate and client experience
• Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.

If This Sounds Like You...Experience & Skills

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates
• Solid time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.
