Staff & Crew Nonunion Play Location:
New York, NY Apply Be one of the first to apply! Save Job Key leadership position responsible for the smooth operation of the tour. Ideal candidates are highly organized, excellent communicators, and experienced in managing a touring company.
Stage Management:
Call rehearsals/performances. Maintain documentation. Preserve integrity of the production. Run tech and load-ins. Communicate daily notes, schedules, and reports. Ensure safety and professionalism.
Company Management:
Primary point of contact on the road. Coordinate schedules and lodging details. Liaise with presenters/staff, hotels, transportation, and management. Maintain company records.
Qualifications:
Prior stage management, preferably in touring and/or live performance. Experience in company management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Ability to travel and work variable hours. Valid driver's license preferred. Role may involve standing for extended periods, navigating venue environments, lifting light materials, and responding quickly to needs.
Rate:
$900 / week
Total Pay:
$11,700 (est. 13 weeks of work)

Early rehearsals July 7-17 in NYC (part-time). OFF late-July / August. Addt rehearsals TBD September 9-13 in
NYC. CONFIRMED TOUR DATES
(addt dates TBC): 2026: Sept 14-Oct 11, Oct 29-Nov 1 (USA) 2027: Jan 20-Feb 20, Apr 1-10 (CAN/USA) Tour is a combination of longer sit-down runs and weekends / one-offs. Travel and lodging provided. Compensation & Contract TRACK 2:
