Stand Manager The Stand Manager assumes full responsibility for their location's profitable operation and the preservation of 7 Brew's culture, mission statement, and values. The manager is the leader of their crew and maintains deep connections with them and an understanding of the unique nuances of business at their assigned location.

Qualifications:

Energetic personality with at least 2 years of management experience. Preferred experience in the restaurant industry. Ability to build and develop a strong team while staying positive and creating a fun environment for the team and guests Knowledge of P&L and ability to control costs and labor.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining proficiency in every position, task, and skillset in the stand Training new hires and new shift leads/managers Ensuring the crew is aware of and prepared for health inspections Balancing additional management duties appropriately between themselves and their assistant manager (i.e., inventory, ordering, and scheduling)
