You'll be responsible for ensuring product accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and supporting efficient shipping and receiving processes. Key Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Move stock to and from pallets, staging areas, and storage locations Accurately pick, put-away, and prepare orders for shipment Perform routine inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe working condition Report product damages, shortages, or quality issues promptly Maintain warehouse documentation including inventory logs and activity records Support a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Stand-Up Forklift Operator (required) Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Must be able to work in fast-paced warehouse environments, including cold storage (if applicable) Why Join Us?
