Ideal candidates are motivated, energetic, and passionate about the food industry. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering duties. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies as needed. Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met. Support team members during busy periods with food preparation, serving, or other restaurant tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Retail or grocery store experience can be beneficial for understanding inventory and food handling procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work effectively as part of a team.
