Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Steelhead Coordinator to support our production tracking and reporting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate job costing, efficient workflows, and reliable system data that drives operational decisions. What is Steelhead? Steelhead Technologies is a digital manufacturing management system designed to streamline shop floor operations. It enables real-time tracking of jobs, work orders, and production costs—helping teams improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage employee timers to ensure accurate labor tracking Review and audit work orders for accuracy and completeness Analyze job costing and margins to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities Adjust and validate time entries to reflect accurate production data Maintain and support reporting within the Steelhead system Perform consistent, high-accuracy data entry Develop a working knowledge of production processes and part recipes Collaborate with team members to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Comfortable working with systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheets Ability to learn and understand manufacturing processes Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in manufacturing, job costing, or ERP systems preferred What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys digging into data and solving problems A proactive thinker who identifies and addresses issues early A collaborative team player who communicates insights clearly and effectively
