Jul 30, 2026 Job Description Mill Creek East and West Elementary schools are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and student-centered STEM Teacher to inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving in our elementary learners. This position will serve students across two elementary buildings, as a special area, providing engaging, hands-on STEM instruction that integrates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering a love of learning through exploration, design thinking, and real-world application while collaborating with staff to enhance STEM opportunities across the school community. This is a one-year position.

Qualifications:

Valid Indiana teaching license (Elementary Education, STEM, Science, or related field preferred) Experience working with elementary-aged students Strong understanding of STEM integration and inquiry-based instruction Ability to build relationships with students and staff across multiple buildings Strong organizational and communication skills Flexibility, creativity, and a growth mindset Please contact Ann Mennonno or Sonna Schafer for more information.
