You'll be responsible for infection control, instrument sterilization, operatory readiness, and supporting the clinical team to maintain seamless patient flow and high-quality care. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Maintain strict infection control standards in accordance with OSHA, CDC, and state regulations. Properly clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments and equipment. Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners. Monitor and document sterilization cycles, logs, and biological spore testing. Prepare and restock operatories before and after patient procedures. Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials. Maintain organized sterilization and storage areas. Support clinical team efficiency by ensuring timely instrument turnaround. Assist chairside when needed and within scope of training. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. ⸻ Ideal Candidate High school diploma or equivalent. OSHA and Infection Control training (or willingness to obtain). Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Position Details Full-Time:

Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 AM - 3:15

PM Part-Time:
