We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sterilization Assistant to help keep our clinical team running smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining experience in the dental/orthodontic field. Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, and organize orthodontic instruments and equipment Maintain sterilization logs and follow infection control protocols Set up and break down clinical areas Stock and organize supplies throughout the office Assist with laundry and keeping the clinic clean and orderly Support clinical team members as needed Ensure OSHA and sterilization standards are consistently followed
