Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling of heavy items. Manage inventory control by accurately stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and conducting regular stock checks with RF scanners. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing routine cleaning, merchandising displays, and packaging products for sale or shipment. Assist customers on the sales floor by answering questions, providing product information, and supporting retail sales initiatives. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming deliveries, updating inventory records, and preparing outgoing shipments. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure proper stocking levels and efficient store operations. Use strong communication skills to coordinate with colleagues in multiple languages if needed, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous; certification is a bonus but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in inventory control and merchandising tasks. Bilingual skills are desirable to better serve diverse customer needs. Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to foster teamwork and customer satisfaction.
