Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, properly labeled, and replenished regularly to maintain an inviting store appearance Assist customers with product inquiries, offering product demos when applicable, and guiding them through their shopping experience Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays attractively and ensuring products are easy to find Upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and supporting stock replenishment efforts Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions clearly, and demonstrating strong communication skills Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills and phone etiquette to assist customers effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership development within the team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and moving merchandise Knowledge of merchandising techniques, retail math, and upselling strategies will help maximize sales potential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy and enthusiasm make a difference!
