Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Stocker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our retail environment. As a Stocker, you will play a vital role in maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and storage areas, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily store functions. Duties Stock Vending Machines, racks, and display cases with merchandise, ensuring products are neat, accessible, and properly labeled Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records u or other tracking systems Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques for heavy lifting Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and organizing outgoing stock for sales or distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including routine cleaning and equipment maintenance to ensure safety standards are met Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and replenishing stock as needed for optimal presentation Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product locations, assisting with product selection, and supporting retail sales activities Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures Experience operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certified preferred), and other warehouse equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer needs effectively Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently Retail store experience including stocking, merchandising, cashiering, or customer service roles is highly desirable Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, and retail math principles Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
