Why Join Us? $18-22/hr starting pay (based on experience) Consistent full-time hours, Monday-Friday Paid time off and growth opportunities On-the-job training with experienced craftsmen Clean, safe, and positive work environment What You'll Do Fabricate and polish stone countertops, including quartz, granite, soapstone, and similar materials Use shop tools and equipment to cut, shape, polish, and finish countertop parts Read and follow shop drawings, layouts, and measurements Prepare edges, seams, sink cutouts, and finished surfaces Assist with handling, moving, and staging countertop materials safely Check quality, fit, edge detail, and finish on every project Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and safe Collaborate with the team to solve problems and improve processes What We're Looking For Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Able to read measurements and follow drawings accurately Able to safely lift and handle heavy materials as part of a team Experience with stone, countertop fabrication, polishing, or similar shop work is a plus Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the company Team player with a strong work ethic How to Apply Send us your resume or stop by the shop to fill out an application.
