Spectrum Required Qualifications Education :

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience :

1-2 years in sales and customer service; Applicant must currently be in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience

Communication :

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand

English Math Skills :

Basic math skills

Flexibility :

Work scheduled shift hours and over time as needed

Preferred Qualifications Tech Savvy :

Familiarity with the latest technology and devices to better assist customers #

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $27.70 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $9,360 .
