This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced repair technician who's ready to take ownership of a store. The Role As Store Lead, you'll be the senior person on the floor — handling all repairs, taking care of customers, managing daily operations, and driving sales. You'll work closely with the owner and our regional team, but you'll also operate independently most days. We're looking for someone who treats the store like their own. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair phones and tablets — the full menu of standard repairs Greet customers, set clear expectations, and recommend solutions that fit their needs Open and close the store and manage daily operations Manage inventory — ordering, receiving, organizing, identifying gaps and opportunities Drive sales through honest, customer-focused conversations Handle escalations and unexpected issues with professionalism What We're Looking For Proven phone and tablet repair experience — you can walk in and fix things on day one Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Independence and good judgment — you don't need someone over your shoulder Coachable and willing to grow — you take feedback seriously and improve Reliable, professional, and accountable Bonus Skills (Not Required) Microsoldering or board-level repair experience Previous lead, supervisor, or store management experience Experience with retail POS, inventory, or scheduling systems Compensation & Benefits $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience Paid time off Paid holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Employee discount on repairs and accessories All tools and equipment provided Paid training and ongoing skill development Supplemental insurance available (accident, hospital, and critical illness coverage) Growth Opportunity As CPR continues to grow, we're building toward a district leadership structure.
