We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and meet store performance goals Manage and oversee collections to ensure account stability Maintain accurate inventory control and merchandising standards Supervise daily store operations and team performance Train, coach, and motivate staff to succeed Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships

Position Requirements:

Proven experience in sales of home furnishings and retail collections (required) Strong leadership and team management skills Energetic, dependable, self-driven, and highly motivated Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills
