Description Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations across two or more Starbucks locations in the same vicinity to ensure consistent service quality, brand standards, and operational efficiency. Analyze operational performance using sales, labor, inventory, and cost reports to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Manage supplier coordination for store locations, ensuring inventory needs are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with operational standards. Implement standardized operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across all locations. Develop and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels aligned with forecasted customer demand. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company operational policies across all stores. Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration or Business Management is required. 40 hrs/wk.
