Company Description Store Manager - Leesburg, VA LoCo Tri is Northern Virginia's premier multisport specialty retailer, serving swimmers, cyclists, runners, and triathletes across all four disciplines. We are passionate about the endurance sports community and equally passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our door or shops with us online. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Store Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with potential for growth. The right candidate brings strong retail management experience, a genuine passion for endurance sport, and the ability to lead a team while delivering best-in-class customer service. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff Manage inventory levels, ordering, and pricing Develop and execute in-store and online marketing promotions to drive sales Identify and develop new business opportunities, vendor relationships, and community partnerships Monitor budgets, expenses, and store performance metrics What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or sports environment Active participation in swimming, cycling, running, triathlon, or a related endurance discipline - this is not a desk job, and we want someone who lives the lifestyle Experience in a bike shop, running store, or multisport retailer is strongly preferred Proven ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, and maintain high operational standards Strong customer service instincts and the ability to build genuine rapport with athletes at every level Solid understanding of inventory management, product knowledge, and retail sales strategy Comfortable with marketing, social media, and promotional planning Flexible availability, including weekends - retail is our game Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience Employee discount on all store merchandise Paid time off Opportunity to grow with a locally owned specialty retailer that's serious about the sport and the community
