Ellianos Coffee is hiring a happy, energetic individual with strong leadership capabilities and a genuine interest in coffee, people, and operational excellence to lead a high-performing drive thru team while delivering an amazing customer experience every time. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations including team leadership, scheduling, inventory management, ordering, truck processing, coaching, quality control, speed of service, and achieving store sales goals. This role is hands-on and requires the ability to lead from the floor in a fast-paced environment while building a strong and positive team culture.

PERSONAL BARISTA SKILLS

Existing or learned ability to create amazing specialty drinks efficiently and consistently every time while maintaining Ellianos standards. Store Managers are expected to lead by example on the floor and assist the team during peak business hours while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.

STORE OPERATIONS

Capability to lead, organize, and operate a high-volume drive thru coffee shop while maintaining operational excellence. This includes opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness standards, handling cash procedures, monitoring labor, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Ability to hire, coach, develop, motivate, and hold team members accountable while creating a positive and energetic work environment. The Store Manager is responsible for building a strong culture, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring team members are properly trained and supported.

SCHEDULING & STAFFING

Responsible for creating and managing schedules based on business needs, staffing levels, labor goals, and store performance. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adjust staffing plans quickly in a fast-paced environment.

INVENTORY & ORDERING

Oversee inventory counts, product ordering, truck processing, stock organization, and waste reduction. The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing storage areas, and ensuring the store is fully stocked and operational at all times.

SALES & PERFORMANCE GOALS

Understanding and execution of goals related to sales growth, service times, labor, quality control, training, and financial performance. Store Managers are expected to monitor store performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the team toward achieving operational and sales goals.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Genuine care to provide the perfect start to each customer's day while building customer loyalty and maintaining exceptional hospitality. The Store Manager sets the tone for customer interactions and ensures every guest receives fast, friendly, and consistent service.

ORGANIZATION

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient environment for both team members and customers. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting are essential.
