Speck's Pet Supplies may be the family for you. We are looking for a Store Manager at our Fishers location to assist in overseeing store operations, including welcoming and serving customers. Responsibilities include Educating, training and delegating tasks to staff, maintaining store inventory including weekly replenishment orders, executing merchandising directives, provide excellent customer service and insure that company standards are exhibited and expectations met at all times . If you have the energy and drive, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our guests and increase our profitability. Responsibilities Execution of daily store operations Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance Assist in inventory replenishments, stocking, and merchandising Provide top line customer service and experience Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges Execute daily reporting and receiving Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints Open or close the store (per schedule shift) Maintain continuous communication with staff and company administration Assist in training and educating new and existing employees on products, duties, tasks, and expectations Execute regular employee reviews and performance evaluations Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lb repeatedly Ability to stand for extended periods of time

From $42,000.00 per year
