We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Store Manager to lead our Piqua, Ohio location. Position Summary The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, team leadership, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate employees, maintain high standards, and drive overall business success. This position plays a critical role in creating a positive workplace culture while ensuring customers receive exceptional service every time they visit the store. Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management  Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees  Supervise and mentor team members to ensure high performance and accountability  Create employee schedules and manage staffing levels based on business needs  Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement  Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment  Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic Customer Service  Ensure every customer receives friendly, prompt, and professional service  Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a timely manner  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store atmosphere  Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Sales & Business Operations  Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals  Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth  Assist with merchandising and promotional displays to maximize sales  Ensure accurate cash handling and register procedures Inventory & Store Standards  Oversee inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts  Monitor product loss and implement shrink reduction strategies  Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and priced  Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards  Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when necessary Administrative Duties  Complete required reports and operational documentation  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures  Maintain accurate employee and operational records  Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance and staffing needs  Reports to director of operations Qualifications  Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred  Knowledge of window tint, ceramic coatings, polishing, and PPF recommended  Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Customer-service driven with strong problem-solving abilities  Experience with scheduling, inventory systems, and cash handling  Basic computer proficiency, including email and reporting systems  High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus Preferred Qualities  Self-motivated and dependable  Strong decision-making abilities  Ability to motivate and develop employees  Positive attitude and professional demeanor  Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits  Competitive salary based on experience plus commission  Performance-based incentives or bonuses  Opportunities for career advancement  Employee discounts  Paid training  Supportive and growth-focused work environment Work Environment This position requires standing for extended periods, occasional lifting, and active movement throughout the store.
