Store Manager

Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift management and efficient workflow. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation. Implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained. Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store administrative tasks with accuracy. Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery stores with supervising responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures. Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and shift management. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, pricing strategies, merchandising standards, and marketing fundamentals. Ability to lead with confidence, motivate teams, and foster a positive work environment through effective leadership skills. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
