Job Description

Overview Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for plush toys retail management? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities The airport operates 365 days a year with strict open hours. Must adhere to these requirements. Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a motivated and high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift management, cash handling accuracy, and efficient cashiering procedures. Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Conduct regular employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and performance reviews to promote growth and skill enhancement. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative records to ensure operational efficiency. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting. Foster a positive shopping experience by ensuring store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Handle customer inquiries professionally and in-person interactions while resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven qualified and very responsible on-site Store Manager to take full ownership of our new airport location. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math. Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, employee orientation, training & development programs. Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, pricing strategies, and store administration. Leadership qualities with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing shift operations and team coordination. Familiarity with wireless sales or related retail sectors is a plus but not required. Strong customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities.
