Training Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 2 years of management, sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary Previous experience in the retail or rent-to-own industry preferred, but not necessary Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred Ability to motivate and develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment is strongly preferred Valid driver's license required, a must Must be at least 21 years of age, a must Legally authorized to work in the United States is a must Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed, including repetitive heavy lifting Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer and organizational skills required
