Candidates must be well-spoken and confident in their ability to interact with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times. What Does a Squishable Store Manager Do? Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, and training new staff. Opening and closing the market shop (at times on your own) and being responsible for the accurate handling of day-start/day-end cash Ensuring accurate maintenance of inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor Maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation Maintain enthusiasm and motivation in the shop and ensure a fun and memorable environment is created Assist in all types of POS transactions and inquiries Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards

Other Qualifications:

2-3 years of retail management experience 2-5 years of customer service Passion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader who has a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching & developing team members. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment. Feedback is a gift! Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback and recognition to every team member, to ensure we have an open and transparent culture of high-performance standards. High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with and manage diverse teams by being highly empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated, and driven. Teams Win! Has to be a team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged teamwork environment. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to transport stock as may be required; lifting cartons up to 25 lb.
