RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support VP of Stores and Field Management leadership team with ad-hoc analysis and performance reporting
• Analyze performance of retail business and identify successes as well as opportunities to improve productivity & profitability within our retail stores
• Support key strategic initiatives for stores including roll-out of omni-channel store capabilities and new systems
• Conduct hands-on modeling/analytics retrieving, compiling and analyzing large volumes of data to provide actionable information and insights to key business leaders.
• Work with cross functional business partners to prioritize and manage workload for the stores
• Develop and prepare reports for retail management for Store Standards Reviews, physical inventories, store expense management, etc.
• Support the continual improvement of operational processes and controls
• Support the development and distribution of analytical tools to measure operational process compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Retail/Merchandise Management, Data Science, Math or equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• At least 1 year of experience in managing data related projects
• Strong interest and previous experience in Retail

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proficient computer software skills and experience in: MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in retail math is a plus
• Intermediate experience in Excel required
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical acumen and communication skills
• Strong cross-functional collaborative skills
• Team player and can work in a fast-paced environment
