We are hiring a Store Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and help keep our team focused on what they do best—serving clients and selling fine jewelry. Position Overview The Store Operations Coordinator manages many of the operational details that support our store and sales team. You will work directly with store leadership and assist with operational logistics, administrative organization, and store support tasks that help maintain the high standard our customers expect. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics Perform regular bank deposits and financial errands Handle shipping and post-office runs Manage store supplies and operational inventory Assist with vendor pickups and deliveries when needed Support daily operational organization within the store Administrative Support Assist leadership with administrative and organizational tasks Maintain organized documentation and operational materials Coordinate small internal projects as needed Store & Event Support Assist with preparations for store promotions and special events Help coordinate operational details for in-store marketing campaigns Ensure the store environment is organized and prepared for customers Team Support Provide operational assistance so sales associates can remain focused on clients Help maintain efficient daily store workflow Qualifications We are looking for someone who demonstrates: Strong reliability and professionalism Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a professional retail environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work Environment Murphy-Pitard Jewelers is a professional, relationship-driven business. Schedule Full-time position Typical schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM Occasional support during special store events may be requested.
