Job Summary The Store Sales Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations within their store location. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Store Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market. As a Store Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and oversee daily operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead, Achieve, Inspire Drive Revenue:
Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and consistently rank among the top-performing stores.
Inspire Excellence:
Motivate your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, provide ongoing coaching, and hold them accountable for reaching their goals. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle
  • deliver an engaging sales presentation, convert leads to clients and nurturing an exceptional client relationship.
Oversee Operations:
Manage daily operations, including scheduling, compliance, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
Develop Your Team:
Identify strengths, address challenges, and provide coaching to build a high-performing sales team. Be a
Brand Ambassador:
Represent Semper at community events to drive brand visibility and new client acquisition. Proactively seeking leads and/or referrals and partnerships. Cultivate a

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or operational management with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and energize a team. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a focus on professional development. Physical Requirements:

Pay:
$65k-75k with monthly commission! Out of State training may be required, cost covered by Semper.
