Lean Kitchen is a locally owned healthy meal prep company dedicated to making clean eating simple and delicious. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, friendly, and energetic environment for both our customers and our team.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and customer-focused individual to support our storefront operations. Hours and responsibilities may vary initially based on weekly business needs, but this role will primarily focus on front-of-house tasks, customer service, and maintaining an organized retail space.

Responsibilities May Include:

Greeting and assisting customers with exceptional, friendly service Handling POS transactions and answering product questions Restocking shelves, coolers, and grab-and-go displays Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront Basic inventory checks and communication with the kitchen team Supporting simple administrative tasks as needed Contributing to a smooth daily flow and positive customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer service background Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Comfortable learning product information (meals, ingredients, supplements) Positive attitude and strong communication skills Tech-comfortable (POS systems, basic Excel, social media familiarity is a plus) Reliable, punctual, and motivated
