Storeroom Support-General Laborer

Local company is hiring for storeroom support position performing a variety of tasks throughout the workday on plant site. This is a contractor position working on site at a hazardous waste disposal industrial plant. Position will be a day shift, Monday through Friday•candidate should be available to work 40 hours per week and have reliable transportation. Position will require physical activity to perform tasks and will involve lifting, pushing and/or pulling. Candidate should be able to lift/maneuver at least 50 pounds.

Job Tasks to include:

Load / Unload deliveries•Must be able to lift and move boxes Must be able to get certified on forklift (previous experience a plus) Stocking/organizing inventory items in storeroom Delivering materials/items to the different departments within plant Some computer skills: storeroom software is site specific•training will be provided Helpful skills for position include good communication, ability to multi-task and follow directions, time management with attention to details, good work ethic, and a positive teamwork disposition.
