Strategic Dealer Manager:

Industry Experience:

Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred

Sales Track Record:

1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success .

Education:

High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Presentation Skills:

Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake's value through digital communications.

Communication & Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.

Tech Savviness:

Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology .

Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth. Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements. Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals. Target first year income:

$55,000.00

• $130,000.00 Hourly position, $17.87/hr + performance-based commissions and bonuses 6-month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses Average rep earnings after 1 year
• $160,000.00 Average earnings of the top 25% reps
• $245,00.00 Average earnings of the top 50 reps
• $305,000.00 6-month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 per month + commission and bonuses Average rep earnings after 1 year

00 This performance-driven compensation structure allows you to maximize your earnings with no cap on commissions —the more you achieve, the more you earn! The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
