Our programs focus on youth engagement, college exposure, athletics, mentorship, and community impact. We are seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused College Partnerships & Recruitment Coordinator to help expand UFIT's college network and student opportunity pipeline. This is not a passive administrative role. This position is responsible for actively building relationships with colleges and universities while also recruiting coaches and staff through college career networks and recruiting platforms. The College Partnerships & Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for: Securing college partnerships for camps, tours, sports experiences, and student opportunities Managing outreach to college athletic departments, outreach departments, and student engagement offices Coordinating partnership agreements including MSAs and SOWs Recruiting coaches and staff through college recruiting platforms such as Handshake and other university career portals Building long-term relationships with college recruiters and campus representatives Supporting the operational coordination of programs after deals are secured This role combines: Partnership development Recruiting coordination Relationship management Administrative follow-through Community engagement Compensation $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Potential for additional performance incentives based on partnership goals and recruitment outcomes Growth opportunity into leadership and partnership development roles Key Responsibilities College Partnership Development Identify and contact colleges, universities, athletic departments, and youth outreach programs Secure partnership opportunities for: Summer sports camps College tours Sponsored student experiences Scholarship-backed opportunities Athletic and wellness programs Conduct outreach via phone, email, Zoom, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Build and maintain college relationship pipelines in HubSpot Coordinate partnership documentation including: MSA agreements SOWs Event confirmations Program logistics Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Manage college recruitment outreach for coaches and interns

Handshake University career portals Job boards LinkedIn Campus recruiting contacts Build relationships with college recruiters, career centers, and department coordinators Coordinate candidate communication and follow-up Assist with interview scheduling and recruitment tracking Operations & Coordination Assist with student placement coordination after partnerships are secured Support transportation and scheduling coordination Communicate with families, schools, coaches, and college representatives Track KPIs, outreach efforts, and partnership status Maintain organized records and reporting systems Performance Expectations (KPIs) Success in this role is measured by: Minimum of 2 new partnership opportunities secured weekly Consistent college outreach activity Growth of active college relationships Recruitment pipeline development Timely follow-up and communication Accurate CRM and documentation management Professional representation of
UFIT Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, recruiting, partnerships, community outreach, or relationship management Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach Organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, or CRM systems preferred Experience working with colleges, athletics, education, or youth programs is a plus
