Country Job Description:

Stonecom Radio is growing, and we are looking for energetic, dependable Street Team Crew Members to represent our stations in the community. Street Team Crew Members help bring Stonecom promotions, contests, concerts, remote broadcasts, community appearances, and special events to life across the Upper Cumberland. This is a public-facing, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working outdoors, supporting live events, and helping create fun, professional experiences for listeners, clients, and community partners. Street Team Crew Members assist with event setup and tear-down, drive station vehicles and box trucks as needed, move promotional equipment such as tents, tables, speakers, banners, and prizes, engage with listeners at events, help distribute prizes and promotional materials, and support basic social media and technology needs during promotions. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week. Weekend availability is required. A flexible schedule is helpful, as events and promotions may also take place during weekdays, evenings, and holidays.

Job Requirements:

A prospective Stonecom Street Team Crew Member must: Be available to work weekends on a regular basis. Be reliable, punctual, and able to report to events on time and prepared. Be comfortable driving station vehicles, including box trucks, as needed. Be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Be able to lift, carry, set up, and tear down promotional equipment, including tents, tables, speakers, banners, boxes, and prizes. Be comfortable speaking with the public, representing Stonecom stations professionally, and creating a friendly experience for listeners and clients. Be comfortable using social media, smartphones, tablets, basic apps, and general technology during promotions and events. Be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of promotions, giveaways, remotes, concerts, community events, and station appearances. Have strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record

Preferred Qualification:

Previous event, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or public-facing experience. Comfort taking basic photos/videos or assisting with social media content at events. Interest in radio, music, media, marketing, events, or community engagement.

Details:

15-20 hours per week (in-person) Starting between $15 - $18 an hour. Weekends Required.
