Salary:

$68,000-$75,000 StreetSafe Bridgeport is an intensive, community-based violence intervention program serving justice-impacted youth and young adults. We are seeking a StreetSafe Outreach Supervisor to lead and support a team of Outreach Workers engaged in street outreach, crisis response, and case management. This role is ideal for a strong people-leader who is adaptable, community-focused, and committed to improving outcomes for young men in Bridgeport. Key Responsibilities Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to StreetSafe Outreach Workers Ensure fidelity to program models and trauma-informed practices Manage staff schedules, neighborhood walks, and on-call hospital response coverage Carry a small caseload (1-2 participants) as needed Respond to critical incidents and community crises Monitor documentation and data entry (Salesforce experience a plus) Collaborate with probation, corrections, law enforcement, and community partners Qualifications 1-2 years of supervisory experience 1-2 years of case management or outreach experience Experience working with street-affiliated or justice-involved youth and families Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar approaches preferred Strong communication, leadership, and team-based skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed Returning Citizens are strongly encouraged to apply (Minimum 3 years post-incarceration required) Why Join Catalyst CT Mission-driven work with real community impact Supportive, team-oriented environment Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and
