Stretch Therapist: Bodywork & Movement Specialists Wanted

StretchLab helps people move, play and live better -- work with us! We're looking for experienced wellness practitioners inspired by movement and mobility to join our talented teams in Greenbrae and Novato. Gain a valuable skillset and help people move with greater ease and mobility through assisted stretching. If you have a background in functional movement, are passionate about holistic wellness and want to support clients on their journey to feeling better in their bodies, let's start a conversation. Required qualifications : degree or certification in movement, fitness or bodywork Part-time position , 15-25 consistent weekly hours (minimum 1 year commitment) Paid training ; nationally accredited program and certification Only local candidates will be considered

What You Bring:

Degree or current certification in bodywork, fitness or movement (Kinesiology/Exercise Science, massage therapy, personal training, yoga, strength & conditioning or related) Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics and functional movement Passion for health, wellness and helping people Fantastic communication skills, must love connecting with people Must be reliable, timely and responsive

Pay and Benefits:

Starting hourly range $26-$31 (depending on experience) plus gratuities and bonus tied to performance Fully paid Flexologist Training Program and Certification; CEUs available 401K option after one year Free membership; generous employee discounts Growth opportunities: Sr Flexologist, Lead Flexologist and Master Flexologist Job Duties Deliver an excellent assisted stretch! 25 and 50 minute sessions Engage, support and educate clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels Contribute to our collaborative, inclusive and caring team culture Learn Club Ready platform; keep up with client notes and tasks Attend monthly team meetings and mandatory trainings Keep current on new techniques and continuing stretch education Assist with pop-ups/demos, community events and promotions We are an equal opportunity employer.
