Job Description

Complete Logistical Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Structural Steel Fitter Trainee in a steel fabrication environment. No fitting experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who has the determination, work ethic, and drive to learn the trade and earn their position through hard work and dedication.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Must have determination, initiative, and "gumption" Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills required Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment Ability to follow directions and work safely with a team
