Job Description

Structural Steel Foreman Great Falls, MT A leading North American steel fabricator specializing in complex steel structures for the commercial, industrial, and civil sectors is hiring a Structural Steel Foreman for their night shift. With their state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Great Falls, Montana, they are committed to safety, quality, and timely delivery in every project they undertake. The Foremen is responsible for maintaining production efficiency while upholding established quality standards. Lead by example and foster strong communication between management and team members to ensure all production goals and schedules are achieved.

Competitive Starting Wage:
$32.50 to $34.50/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Nights - 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Health, dental, EAP, FSA, HSA, plus 401(k) are all available 2 weeks of Paid Time Off a year (can be negotiated) Steady Employment / Guaranteed Minimum 40 Hours a Week Paid On-The-Job Training Work-Life Balance 100%

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily team activities to meet production goals Inspect work regularly to ensure consistency and compliance with quality requirements Provide guidance, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary Manage material flow, equipment needs, and repair coordination Support new-hire orientations and assist with other related duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory and planning experience in a related field Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficient in GMAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding processes; knowledge of AWS, AISC, and CWB codes Industry certifications (AWS or CWB) preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to learn and adapt quickly Ability to lift up to 75 lbs High School Diploma or equivalent If interested send resume to ericfransen@lcstaffing.com 41146
