Structure Mechanic-Piney Flats, TN Only qualified candidates with the below experience will be considered for this position.

Job Requirements:

Tools are needed Position requirements: Approximately 4 years related to job duties is required for this role. FAA Airframe Certification preferred, but not required. Perform major and minor repairs and alterations to aircraft structure, including sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications. Fabricate mounting provisions for avionics installations. Read, interpret, and perform work IAW manufacturers drawings and instructions consistently and accurately. Measure, drill, and modify aircraft structures without causing damage to structure or underlying components. Document work performed consistently and accurately. Work on a team to ensure quality and timely completions of aircraft to meet schedule. Assist with line crew duties as needed. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands. Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools. Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks. Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues. Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
