In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with aviation standards. Key Responsibilities Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft components and airframes. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Conduct inspections to identify damage, corrosion, or fatigue in aircraft structures. Replace or repair worn or damaged parts using approved techniques and materials. Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure quality and safety. Adhere to FAA regulations and company safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in aviation maintenance preferred. Familiarity with FAA regulations and aviation industry standards. Proficiency in using tools and equipment for structural work. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification. Experience with [specific aircraft types or manufacturers, e.g., Boeing, Airbus, military aircraft]. Knowledge of composite materials and advanced repair techniques. Why Join Us?
