10 Technicians Position Overview We are actively hiring Low Voltage Technicians for an ongoing project supporting structured cabling and installation work in a commercial environment. This is a great opportunity for technicians who can consistently produce clean RJ45 terminations and support general installation tasks on-site. Scope of Work Terminate RJ45 jacks and copper cabling Assist with cable routing, dressing, and labeling Hang unistrut and install cabinets Support structured cabling installation efforts Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Requirements (ONLY
MUST-HAVES
) Ability to independently terminate RJ45 jacks Must have full set of tools and PPE for construction site work Ability to pass a background check (DOD clearance process) Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred (Not Required) Fiber experience (higher pay for techs with splicing experience) Lift certification Tools & PPE Basic hand tools (snips, punch down, etc.) Hard hat, safety vest, work boots Must be fully equipped for construction site environment Work Environment Active commercial / technical project site Team-based environment with onsite leadership Fast-paced installation setting Onboarding DOD background check required prior to start No formal interview process
