With locations in 15 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial customers and partners We're looking for a Structures Aircraft Design Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and support the type design of all Kodiak aircraft. This role spans production support, fleet sustainment, and new product development, working in compliance with 14 CFR Part 23. What You'll Do Support aircraft production through manufacturability improvements and non‑conformance substantiation Develop and release 3D CAD models and engineering drawings Perform structural analysis to validate design changes and repairs Investigate and resolve structural issues from the field Develop customer‑driven design improvements and structural repairs Contribute to new aircraft models and future product development Collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Certification, and Engineering teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering 5+ years of aerospace industry experience Strong background in aircraft structures and certification (14 CFR Part 23) CAD expertise (Siemens NX preferred) Proven experience with classical structural analysis methods Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Experience FEA tools and methods

Information related to the position:

The compensation range is $80,000 to $95,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
