Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Stucco & Masonry Manager / Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of stucco and masonry projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of lath, stucco, masonry, and scaffolding systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This position is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating materials and schedules, reading plans and specifications, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position averages approximately 50 hours per week and requires travel between job sites throughout the Greater Sacramento area. A company vehicle will be provided. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate multiple stucco and masonry crews on active job sites Organize, dispatch, and manage labor efficiently to maintain project schedules Order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure continuous workflow Review and interpret blueprints, plans, schematics, and project specifications Prepare estimates and assist with project planning and cost management Oversee all aspects of lath, stucco, masonry, and scaffolding operations Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct routine safety meetings Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution Troubleshoot field issues and maintain productivity across multiple projects Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, project updates, and change orders Lead by example and maintain a strong team-oriented work environment Qualifications & Experience Proven management or supervisory experience in stucco, masonry, or related construction fields Extensive hands-on construction site experience Strong knowledge of lath, stucco, masonry, and scaffolding systems Ability to read and understand blueprints, plans, and technical drawings Experience organizing and supervising multiple crews simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and construction safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively Preferred Qualifications OSHA certifications or additional safety training Commercial construction experience Experience with project scheduling and contracts coordinationPay:
$2,000- 2,500 per week
