Responsibilities Developing relationships with Academic Affairs and Student Success. Assist and supervise the Resident Assistants (RA) within the residence hall. Assist resident Assistants (RA¿s) and Resident Life Coordinators (RLC¿s) in community development and programmatic efforts. Create a caring environment conducive to academic pursuits and to the personal development of students. Assist with the enforcement of university regulations and maintenance of order and discipline in the resident halls. Promote a secure environment within the residence hall. Performs other related duties. Required Qualifications Must be a currently enrolled student at Middle Georgia State University Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours Maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA Experience in working with residential students required. Ability to establish and maintain rapport with students, faculty and staff.
