Student Lawn Care Worker

Position Summary The student lawn care position is seasonal and is responsible for cutting and trimming all district grounds grass. This includes the seasonal care of the lawns around all district buildings. The role ensures all lawn is cut, trimmed and sidewalks and parking lots are cleaned in a safe, functional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect equipment regularly. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure equipment storage area. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations. Work collaboratively with maintenance and custodial teams. Minimum Qualifications High school student. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of small engine systems, seasonal equipment care, and diagnostics. Preferred Qualifications Lawn care experience. Working Conditions Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, kneeling, and operating machinery.
